The question
A restaurant phone call can involve menus, orders, reservations, payment, and a handoff to a person. The interesting problem is connecting a natural conversation to those concrete workflows.
The approach
Twilio webhooks manage speech and call state. An LLM tool-calling loop connects the conversation to restaurant operations, while Socket.io sends order updates to the kitchen. Each call is associated with a restaurant tenant.
The result
A public working prototype connecting voice, restaurant operations, and real-time interfaces. The source includes call transcripts, human handoff, and order dispatch flows; the repository documents setup and its current state.
