A useful work-session record needs a clear start and finish, understandable permissions, and an output someone can read later.
The approach
SwiftUI provides the desktop dashboard. A session manager handles start, pause, and stop controls, checks macOS permissions, and collects permitted activity signals. A separate PDF generator turns session data into a report.
The result
A native Swift project connecting operating-system integration with document generation. Activity signals describe a session; they do not establish the quality of work or a person’s productivity.
